with 2008 seeing the end of Taylor and Williams with incredible sets at 2000 Trees and North Nibley festival Pete was left wondering what next - auditions with several local acts left Pete with a feeling of remorse.
A re cording of many tracks in a solo format at home town Studios 'natural sounds' indicated a need for a change of direction. Relying heavily on south West promoters Alfie Kingston and MArk Venus allowed Pete to trial live loops on many of his old tracks. Excited by this new direction Pete took 6 mths off to re write a new set with this new technology - re launching in early 2010 with a 'Rural Studios' EP 'On its Own', quickly gaining traction locally Pete played many shows slowly gaining local recognition and radio 6 and local radio airplay -
this expanded in 2011 with Slots at the newly formed Big Village Fete Festival and Brisfest as well as invitation performances at MAMA stones and numerous Arts centres. Petes next EP 'Faker, Faker' was recorded back at Dursley based 'Natural Sounds' Studio under the stewardship of acclaimed producer Tim York with a much anticipated launch in September of that year.
